What you get
Blank cards, from stock
You order a quantity and a chip type. We ship plain white credentials from stock we already hold. Your own system enrols them exactly as it would any blank card. That is the entire transaction, and it is deliberately simple.
What we do not do
- Logo, artwork or full colour card printing
- Photo ID or names on the card
- Reader, controller or door hardware installation
- Access control software setup or enrolment
We would rather tell you plainly than take the job and subcontract it badly. We can print a custom serial number for a small charge, and for logos any print house can print onto the blanks we supply.

Bulk supply questions
What commercial customers ask before placing a first order.
What exactly do you supply?
Plain white blank credentials in MIFARE, EM4100, T5577, HID compatible, NFC and UHF. Cards come as plain white PVC or in sticker form, and we also stock keyfobs, wristbands, epoxy tags, windscreen stickers and adhesive inlays. A custom serial number can be printed for a small charge. You enrol them in your own system exactly as you would any blank stock.
Do you print our logo on the cards?
No. Cards are supplied plain white, as PVC cards or stickers. The only printing we offer is a custom serial number, for a small charge. For logos, any card printing house can print onto the blanks we supply, and plenty of offices run their own desktop card printer.
Do you install readers or set up access control software?
No. We sell access cards. Hardware installation and software configuration are not services we offer, and we would rather say so than take the job and subcontract it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One hundred pieces. Below that we can still supply from stock at walk in pricing, just ask.
How do we know which card our building uses?
Send us a clear photo of a working card, or tell us the reader model. We will identify the chip type and frequency for you before you order. There is no charge for this and no obligation.
How long does a bulk order take?
Common chip types are held in stock and dispatch in 2 to 3 working days. Less common formats depend on current stock, and we will tell you the real date in the quote rather than an optimistic one.
Can we order a mix of cards, keyfobs and wristbands?
Yes, from the Business bundle upward you can split a single order across form factors. For example 600 cards, 200 keyfobs and 200 wristbands, all on the same chip type, priced as one order.
Do you offer credit terms and purchase orders?
Established commercial accounts can be invoiced against a purchase order with standard payment terms. First orders are normally deposit and balance on delivery. We issue proper quotations, delivery orders and invoices.
What if some cards are faulty?
Please test the cards on your own system when they arrive. If any card does not work, we replace it, no argument. Just report it within 30 days of delivery.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Yes. We courier bulk orders to every state in Malaysia, including Johor, Penang, Perak, Pahang, Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, Melaka, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Shipping is quoted by location and weight. Around the Klang Valley we can also deliver in person at RM1 per km.
Can you ship access cards to Singapore or other countries?
Yes, on request. We ship bulk orders to Singapore, Brunei and further afield, with shipping quoted by destination and weight. Overseas customers can pay by international bank transfer.
