The person behind it

Founder, Qibby Tech Services
Qibby Tech Services was founded by Muhammad Naqib Fitri. He works full time as a security engineer and is studying for a degree in computer science, and he runs Qibby Tech part time alongside both.
He started the business in February 2022 after seeing too many people pay RM150 and wait a week for a replacement access card that should cost RM20 and take three minutes. Since then, more than 10,000 access cards have been duplicated and sold to residents, property managers and businesses across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.
Most people meet us on the worst possible day. The card is lost, the management office is closed, and the quote for a replacement is more than the card is worth. We started Qibby Tech Services to close that gap: bring us the card or a photo of it, and in most cases you walk away with a working duplicate in three minutes for the price of lunch.
That work taught us the rest of the business. Property managers asked whether we could supply blank cards in quantity rather than one at a time, so we started holding stock. Customers who trusted us with a card started asking about their website, their office PCs and their network security, so we built those services out properly rather than turning the work away.
What we will not do
We do not duplicate a card without establishing that the person in front of us owns it or is authorised to hold it. We do not keep card data after a job. We do not quote one price on WhatsApp and a different one at handover, and we do not keep your money for a copy that does not work: return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. On the supply side we do not print logos or install readers. We sell plain white cards and stickers, with custom serial numbers available for a small charge.
Registered and accountable
Qibby Tech Services is registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under registration number 202503214464 (RA0127307-P). We issue proper quotations, delivery orders and invoices, and commercial accounts can be invoiced against a purchase order.
